Wahanga tuawha o te tau 2019
Term 4, 2019 – I started my first official full time teaching job. I was fortunate enough to secure a job with Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu, a correspondence school with a roll of over 20,000 students. I had done a bit of relieving at a local primary school (which I hope to one day return to) in the lead up to this job. Therefore to say I was a little nervous would be an understatement. However, on reflection I’ve come away from the term with a lot of learnings to fill up my kete. Which I will start to unpack in the following posts.
